Call to Order - 6:35p

Attendance -
Board Members - Tashi TWJ, Jay Burghardt, Dave Straight, Jeremy Nichols, Matthew Morrison, Mike Storrs came in a bit after the meeting started
Club member - John Bird

Minutes - June minutes could not be voted on due to not having a quorum. That said, All Board members voted by email during the week following, and June minutes were approved.

Financials - Tashi sent out financials prior to meeting. Jeremy asked several questions about the P&L statement, and Tashi explained that not all tabs are shows on each weeks financial recap, but, she has many tabs in her files, about all the numbers that are not listed on the recap that she will be happy to pass along any tab or information about a particular event or money in question.

Membership Update - Jamie was not present to update our membership numbers

Tag Matches - no updates, but Jeremy chipped in that he is selling 2-3 tags at every tag match he runs at Adams Hollow.

Tourney updates -
High Plains Challenge - Though Mile High was not involved in putting this event on, it is still showing as a Mile High event, and from all information, including board members that were present, it went smooth with the 3 courses. John Bird spoke about the event, saying the 3 courses worked out well and the players seem to enjoy the new format. Jeremy asked about the rumors that the HPC was ending, but John Bird, said, it is not, but the camping the park is ending, so it will take on a different feel somewhat without camping onsite.

Peak 1 - Mike Storrs spoke about Peak one. It is coming along well. He said most things have been paid for, and is expecting to turn a profit this time. Feeling good about everything

Co States - Mike spoke about states that he is working with Eddie Wooters and they are planning on 3 courses for this event as well.

303 Open - though this is not a MH event, he did tell the board, that Kyle Maute is planning much less OB this year.

MH Classic - Will be last weekend in September - Adams Hollow is the plan

Course Issues
Badlands - Camenish Park people would like to start a nonprofit entity, with Mike Storrs running this, to set up a fund for course improvements. Mike said that the Recreation District is willing to match funds, to help with the improvements, but are looking at a nonprofit to run the money that is raised and matched. He said if enough money is raised there are 2 other entities that will match funds as well. Mike said he will keep the board informed.
