Call to order 6:30pm
Ray thanked people for attending the meeting, called out that Jay sent minutes:
Minutes: Ray Motioned for approval, Kyle seconded, unanimously approved.
Finances: Jeremy asked about the junior fund and the current balance. Currently working on balance for Centre Hills match play and getting the invoice paid. Jamie working on getting invoice to get paid. Tashi working on the QuickBooks….its time consuming. Motion to approve: Kyle, Seconded by Jeremy: Unanimous except Ray.
Website update: Kyle figured out how to update the member join page. Mike asked about running events on the website, club stated that disc golf scene is preferred.
Members: 271+93 is our current count: 364 of collected memberships. Junior tags are going well. More Ladies, General, and Junior tags ordered. Jaimie will round up the tag masters counts, and we can get them ordered ASAP.
Tag matches: Hollows has made $42 in the handicap rounds, picking up traction. Ray didn’t like rolling starts, group explained some rational behind it, Ray acknowledged.
WGE: Kyle has taken over the day of operations of the event and will be providing day of support
TNGM: Got the permit, it’s a go, going to be fun! Estimated $1200 income
Spring Fling: Planning good, event going well. No issues
HPC: Expanding to add a third course. Huge waitlist and nowhere for people to go, decided to accommodate people. Starting June 11th, players should be able to practice. Each participant gets 1 free practice round at the temp course.
Peak One: Mike is working through details and making it a 2 day c tier
Course issues: Harlow and Valmont are undergoing extreme changes
New Business: 19th Hole is opening the door for media presence in CO and it should be something on our radar.
Volunteer appreciation: DBC won’t work anymore, so looking at more options to get things rolling at a new location, open to ideas at this point, Ray suggested Odyssey for the event and need to get an email chain running for that.
Raising club funds: We need to look at raising funds through some of the events we discussed during summit. Also discussed selling t-shirts and Mike will take that on.
Motion was made to adjourn meeting at 5:47pm
